SORRY FOR THE LONG DOWN TIME!

Accidently, I pretty much messed up the database (long story) and I had to request a back up for my hosting provider 1&1.

OK, after the first shock I thought, not a big deal, they send me a back up and the site is online again.

Of course... not that easy. 1&1 is deffinitly not famous for superior customer service.

So after ordering the backup and after they assured me it will be there within 24hrs

I waited and waited.. nothing.

25hrs later.. I called them..

"Our technician is working on it right now! It will be done soon"

30hrs later.. still nothing..

"We apologize, it will be done tonight!"

Next morning.. still nothing..

"I am sorry it is done in the next hour..."

4hrs later... nothing

I am getting very mad by now...

"We processed your request..it is done soon"

I flipped out a bit and told them that what you guys tell me every time..

It worked..

finally got the back up!

Seriously.. I would not recommend 1&1.. even though I have to admit that I should have done backups myself..

ANYWAYS! Everything is fixed now! 

Only maybe a couple forum entries are missing.

If you have problems with your Password (which you shouldn't) , just click on "Forget Password" and get a new one..
